The beautiful Harper Blouse has an open sweetheart neckline with soft frilled finish. This blouse is cut in a cotton self-stripe printed for CM in France. A rich peach base is peppered with a cream mini-floral. Sleeve hems are trimmed with antique cotton lace. A fitted style that finishes at high hip and is fastened with shell buttons at centre front. Sample is a size 8.
